Processing & Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and are processed within 1-2 business days. Any purchases placed after 3:00pm EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

SHIPPING POLICY - FEES

We ship domestically* only.

  • Domestic shipping is FREE* (*excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands; shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout).

SHIPPING POLICY - TIMING

Domestic shipping times depend on your location and we follow the guidelines of UPS which quotes, but does not guarantee, 3-7 business days for domestic delivery. Please note, Fhade is not responsible for any delays in shipping as this is out of our control.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Fhade is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fhade.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
