We recommend purchasing a size up. So if you typically wear a size 10.5, then purchase a size 11. If there are any sizing issues, we are happy to process a return and send you a different size.

Are the shoes waterproof?
Not yet. Our initial shoe is a cotton knit upper, which will get wet. In warm conditions, they tend to dry out quite quickly. We have had customers treat the shoe with a water restresistantistant spray which has worked well.

What is the best way to clean the shoes?
We recommend machine washing your shoes in cold water and letting them air dry. Putting the shoes in the dryer is likely to cause irreversible damage.

Do you sell shoes in women's sizes?
Not yet. Currently we offer men's sizes only. We are considering introducing women's sizes in future releases.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Fhade is happy to provide a 30-day return policy for items that are not damaged and unworn, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been or is charged for returning the product.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fhade.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Does Fhade ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship domestically in the United States.
